A little space. A lot of possibilities.

Make room
for ideas.

Your thoughts deserve more than another meeting. Bring them together on a shared canvas and turn “what if” into what’s next.

Everything has its place.

Big ideas.
Small learning curve.

Enough structure to find your way. Enough freedom to try something new.

01

A canvas for every idea

Bring sticky notes, text, shapes and images together. Move, resize, rotate and group them your way.

02

Structure when you need it

Turn a thought into a table. Paste a range from Excel or a website, then make it your own.

03

A little more expression

Add emojis to celebrate a win, flag a question or make feedback feel a little more human.

04

Keep the session moving

Set a shared timer so everyone knows how much time they have. Pause, reset and start the next round.

05

Let the work take the stage

Present in full screen with the tools out of the way. Pan and zoom to guide the conversation.

06

Invite a fresh perspective

Share a view-only guest link, with an optional password. Disable guest links when you’re done.

Less friction. More participation.

Make the next
session count.

Give everyone a space to contribute. Set a timebox, collect perspectives and make the next step visible.

  • Keep time with a shared countdown.
  • Present the canvas without distractions.
  • Share the outcome with view-only guest links.
Bring your team together
From blank canvas to a clear direction.

Start small.
See where it goes.

01

Open a board

Sign in, create a board and make a little room for your next idea.

02

Make it visual

Add notes, sketches, tables or images. Arrange the pieces until the bigger picture appears.

03

Move forward together

Work with your team, present the result and share a view-only link with others.

Digital sovereignty starts with a choice.

Digital sovereignty.
Your choice.

Your collaboration space should support your independence. Self-host Coop Blanc on your own infrastructure or choose a hosting provider in Germany or elsewhere in Europe. Keep control of where your board data is stored and how your workspace is operated, while reducing dependence on a single SaaS provider.

Find your way to host

On your own servers

Run your workspace on infrastructure you manage. Keep control of deployment, storage and operation.

German hosting. Berlin location.

Our hosted deployment is planned for an IONOS server in Berlin, Germany. Prefer your own setup? You can also run Coop Blanc on infrastructure you manage.

More control. Less dependency.

Choose your infrastructure, hosting location and operator. Self-hosting gives your organization control over deployment and operation, with the flexibility to change hosting providers.

A few things you might be wondering.

Good
questions.

What can I put on a board?

Sticky notes, text, shapes, freehand drawings, images, tables and emojis. You can arrange, group and lock elements, and undo or redo your changes.

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests can open a shared link without signing in. They can view the board, but cannot edit it. You can optionally protect the link with a password.

Is Coop Blanc only for agile teams?

No. It works for brainstorms, project planning, teaching, feedback sessions or simply getting your thoughts out of your head and onto a canvas.

Can I host Coop Blanc myself?

Yes. Run Coop Blanc on your own servers or choose a hosting provider and server location that suit your needs, including infrastructure in Germany. You decide where your workspace is operated.

Your next idea starts somewhere.

Why not here?
